Congratulations to National Taiwan University!

The team solved the first problem of the 2013 ICPC World Finals. They solved problem F-6, earning blue balloons.

At 10:20 p.m., ACM-ICPC staff tied three balloons to their No. 44 station:

  • a gold “First Problem Solved” heart balloon
  • a blue “First to Solve” circular balloon
  • a standard blue balloon bearing the the ACM and IBM logos

At 10:28 p.m., the host team ITMO earned a yellow balloon for being the first team to solve problem D.
