1. How did you (Coach) get involved as a coach for ICPC competitions? What year did you become involve as a coach?
I became involved as a coach in 2002. I always wanted to work with unordinary children, and exactly that people can be found in the ICPC competitions.
2. What skills or strengths do you feel your team brings to the World Finals?

I think you can guess what we chose, as you see us here. And we never regretted that decision. After all, we’ll have a whole life to build a career, while competitive programming lasts only in university years and ends very fast.
4. How did you come up with your team name?
Initially, we wanted to come up with an interesting name for the team, but we didn’t manage to get a sufficiently original name. Then someone suggested the name “Energy” and everyone agreed. We have been using that name for 2 years, but every time we participated in an important event (such as ACM ICPC sem
