Teams, coaches, and fans of computer science all have their eyes on the 2016 ACM-ICPC World Finals, only a few short weeks away. This year the contest set new records with 43,967 students and 4,637 coaches competing in ICPC and ICPC-assisted competitions from 2,736 universities in 102 countries across six continents.

Tough competition at 481 regional contest sites determined the 128 teams to qualify for the 2016 World Finals hosted by Prince of Songkla University in Phuket, Thailand.
