St. Petersburg State University took top honors in this year’s ACM-ICPC, solving a total of 7 problems in the fastest overall time. Moscow State University also solved 7 of the  12 total problems for a second place finish.

 

It’s been another strong year for teams from Europe and Asia, as they occupied all of the medal spots.

Gold medals are awarded to the top 4 teams. Other gold medal winners were Peking University and National Taiwan university, taking 3rd and 4th places and each solving 6 problems.

Silver medals are awarded for the 5th through 8th placing teams. Earning silver medals were

                  University of Warsaw (5 problems)

                  Shanghai Jiao Tong University (5 problems)

                  University of Tokyo (5 problems)

                  University of Zagreb (5 problems)

Bronze medals are awarded for 9th through 12th places. This year’s bronze medalists are

                  St. Petersburg National Research University of IT, Mechanics and Optics (5 problems)

                  National Research University Higher School of Economics (4 problems)

                  Tsiinghua University (4 problems)

                  Comenius University (4 problems)
